Cool Earth Solar, Sandia form partnership

The five-year Cooperative Research & Development Agreement calls for researchers with Sandia's New Mexico solar energy program to help pilot, characterize, and validate Cool Earth Solar's inflated, concentrated photovoltaic technology.
Netzsch, NREL announce partnership

Iowa groups to create renewable fuels coalition

The Iowa RFS Coalition includes biotech giants DuPont, Monsanto, and Syngenta. In addition groups representing corn and soybean growers and farm equipment dealers have joined in the effort.
Netzsch to supply SpaceX’s thermal analysis laboratory instruments

Nucor, Encana sign natural gas agreement

Financial terms were not disclosed. Nucor said Tuesday that Encana will drill and operate onshore natural gas wells. Nucor will pay its share of the costs plus an additional amount of carried interest as each well is drilled, subject to caps.
Sandia Labs partner with Northrop Grumman, GE

NRI to lead five-year effort to develop post-CMOS electronics
