Any new technical product that was first available for purchase or licensing between Jan. 1, 2006, and Dec. 31, 2006, may be entered. Proof-of-concept models should not be entered until they reach a more advanced age. PHYSICAL EXISTENCE OF THE PRODUCT MUST BE SHOWN IN PHOTOGRAPHS OR ACTUAL SAMPLE. 2. Answer all questions as provided in this form. Answers should be typewritten. Retyping the form to fit additional names is allowed. 3. Supporting information, such as scientific papers, patents, or articles may be added in an appendix. 4. Each entry must be signed by the submitter and accompanied by a $220 entry fee.
