Torrey Pines Scientific has announced its EchoTherm RIC20 Peltier-driven, compact chilling/heating temperature stages settable from -20 C to 110 C.

The units are designed for remote controlled applications on robotic systems. Any number of units can be set to any single temperature through a single computer serial port. The units continue to run the temperature instructed, even without a hardwire connection, until told otherwise.

The RIC20 Series are compact and designed to take up as little space as possible on a platform. The units can be set to 0.1 c and control temperature to +/- 0.1 C. Temperature settings are stable to 0.2 C and accurate to +/- 0.5 C.
