Bruker Corp. has introduced the ContourGT-I 3D optical microscope to enhance R&D productivity. The ContourGT-I accelerates and simplifies measurement setup and feature tracking and incorporates Bruker's tip/tilt head design, along with automated functionality, including turret, lenses, and illumination. Designed for maximum vibration stability, the microscope system includes a space-efficient, yet stable, footprint with integrated air isolation.

The ContourGT-I features sub-nanometer z-axis resolution and a color camera option. The system also features higher brightness dual-LED illumination that, when combined with the microscope's vertical resolution, improves sensitivity and stability. Vision64 provides a user-friendly interface and powerful measurement and analysis software.
