Tiger Optics LLC has unveiled the HALO-KA, a new tool that can detect traces of contaminants to 200 ppt in an ultrahigh-purity (UHP) gas stream.

The analyzer features a small footrprint and a low detection limit of 500 ppt water in nitrogen (200 ppt in helium), and fits in a 19-in rack. The instrument also features continuous wave cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CW CRDS) and requires no moving parts or calibration.

The HALO-KA, the latest addition to the HALO platform, measures moisture in a range from 200 ppt to 5 ppm.
