Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum's DRYVAC DV 450 combines dry screw technology with a compact design for silent operation, low ambient temperature, and minimal consumption of cooling water. A smaller version of the DRYVAC DV 650, the DV 450 features an optimized drive for suction speeds of 450 m³/hr and an optimized engine efficiency with 5.3 kW power consumption at final pressure.
The integrated frequency converter reduces installation efforts with full pump protection and a variety of interfaces. The pumps operate at low screw-rotor temperatures, which make the pumps suitable for applications such as solar lamination.
The RUVAC WH2500 pumps feature low power consumption and minimized noise and heat emission. The compact pump can be mounted onto properly sized backing pumps, which reduces installation space. The WH2500 product range includes three different types of drives with internal frequency converter, external frequency converter, and direct net operation. The pump is also available with synthetic or PFPE oil fillings.
