T-stationEdwards introduces its nXDS range of dry scroll vacuum pumps, which are oil-free pumps that have no lubricants in the vacuum space.

With improved tip seal and bearing life, users benefit from the pump's low maintenance requirements. The nXDS range is fully serviceable in the field, resulting in low downtime. With intelligent drive electronics, the nXDS has reduced power consumption and delivers high pumping speeds and ultimate pressures with low acoustic noise levels.

Edwards also offers their nEXT turbomolecular pumps, which provide high vacuum performance in a compact size, and the T-station 75 turbopumping cart, a pumping station that can pump a chamber to the required vacuum rapidly with the help of higher capacity backing pumps.
