Supercritical Fluid Chromatography System

Thar Instruments, makers of the TharSFC brand of green chromatography systems introduces its first new analytical/semi-preparative product in the wake of last year's merger with rival Berger Instruments (formerly a division of Mettler-Toledo). The new Investigator II supercritical fluid chromatography system features a faster, higher capacity autosampler, a larger 2-valve Analytical-2-Prep Column Oven™, new software packages and smaller footprint. Thar Instruments hopes that the new system will set Thar further apart from its main competitor—normal phase HPLC. Fortunately for SFC buyers, it does not include a higher price.
