Oxylet Designed for Monitoring Respiratory Metabolism


The Oxylet System from Panlab/Harvard Apparatus is specially designed for monitoring respiratory metabolism in rodents. ?Utilizing an indirect calorimetry system, the Oxylet easily monitors CO2 production, O2 consumption, and respiratory ratio. In addition, it can be scaled up to accommodate up to 32 animals simultaneously. ?As each animal chamber has its independent flowmeter; one system can easily accommodate multiple species at the same time.?The Oxylet is perfect for studies of obesity, diabetes, athletic exercise training, and many other respiratory-challenging conditions.
