Wilson Instruments, an Instron company, announces the release of their Ready Block program for Rockwell hardness test blocks. Recognizing a user’s quick need for test blocks, the Ready Block program provides same day delivery for the most common Rockwell scale hardness test blocks. Wilson produces a wide range of Rockwell scale test blocks in each of the 30 Rockwell scales. With up to 11 different hardness levels in each scale, there are nearly 300 total blocks available. By studying users’ needs, Wilson focuses on the 40 blocks that are the most common and make them Ready Blocks. The Ready Block program defines the stock levels of those 40 blocks so they are ready for immediate shipment at all times.
