SECRETS EXPOSED: Previously confidential information about Viacom Inc. and Google Inc.'s YouTube site is expected to be unsealed Thursday as part of a 3-year-old lawsuit.
WHY NOW?: The companies are citing the sensitive material as they try to persuade a federal judge that there's ample evidence to decide the case without a trial.
THE DISPUTE: Viacom, the owner or Paramount Pictures and Comedy Central, alleges YouTube built its early success by rampantly infringing on video copyrights.
