Cathay Forest to raise $15.25 million in bought deal financing

Cathay Forest Products Corp. (TSXV:CFZ), a TSX-traded company that has major timber operations in China and Russsia, says it has struck a bought deal with Dundee Securities and Canaccord Capital to sell 25 million shares at 61 cents each to raise up to $15.25 million.
