IBM Captures Honors as Company of the Year for 'Information Management' and 'Volume Business Servers' in Everything Channel's 2010 Annual Report Card

ARMONK, N.Y. - 02 Sep 2010: IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has received six awards in Everything Channel's prestigious 2010 CRN Annual Report Card (ARC), including top honors for Volume Mainstream Business Servers and Data & Information Management.

For 25 years, the Annual Report Card has served as the definitive benchmark of vendor/partner relationships and an industry standard for measuring excellence in the channel community. This year, Everything Channel's research team surveyed more than 3,700 solution providers in 18 product/service categories and asked them to evaluate the importance and satisfaction with their vendors' products, support and channel programs.  

IBM was named the ARC Overall Winner and Company of the Year in Data & Information Management and Volume Mainstream Business Servers.  In the Data & Information Management category, IBM captured top honors in the Support sub-category. IBM took top honors for Product Innovation in the Midrange High-End Servers category. The company was also awarded top marks in the Support and Partnership sub-categories in Volume Mainstream Business Servers.

The ARC awards were presented on Aug. 24 at the 2010 XChange Americas conference at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Dallas.   The complete listing of the 2010 Annual Report Card will be featured in the October issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.crn.com.
