USGBC lists Top 10 in green legislation

The U.S. Green Building Council recently released lists of the most important pieces of green-building legislation in the 111th Congress, including 10 bills in the House and 10 in the Senate. Leading the lists is the only legislation actually signed so far: The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Pending are a multiplicity of laws encompassing varied incentives to stimulate creation of greener residential and nonresidential buildings, mostly focused on energy but also covering water use.
